Collaborated directly with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) teams to design promotional materials for live events and conferences. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of marketing design content for their AWS Direct Connect service, encompassing AWS Backbone, AWS Cage, and AWS DX endpoint.
During my tenure at Apple, I had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects. Initially, I started in retail operations, where I contributed to the creation of various positions, the development of traffic flow strategies, the construction of training models incorporating instructional design elements, and the design and delivery of materials for the global launch of new stores (NSOs). Additionally, I worked on and tested numerous real-world pilot projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience in-and-out of the Apple Store. I was also able to inject some of my design features on the official Apple Store app. Several of these initiatives remain operational to this day and are directly responsible for how people experience an Apple Store.
Worked with the BitGo team to provide strategic guidance, design, and expansion for their partnership with Nike on their .SWOOSH venture. This partnership aimed to bring virtual creations to a broader audience. BitGo’s custodial wallet system proved instrumental in guiding the intricate onboarding process of creating, utilizing, and securing a digital wallet capable of storing and trading digital goods and cryptocurrency.
Collaborated with the .SWOOSH team at Nike to provide strategic guidance, design, and testing for their rollout of Nike’s foray into creating a new digital community and experience. Nike was one of the pioneering global brands to launch a web3-enabled platform centered around customers, creators, and innovators, offering a comprehensive range of collection drops and immersive real-life experiences.
During my collaboration with the Shyft Network team, I was approached by Interpol to work on a strategic planning and design project. The project’s objective was to develop functional mockups for a government agency’s digital wallet transaction monitoring system. The system’s primary function would be to identify potential security risks associated with digital wallet transactions, including money laundering, terrorism financing, child/human trafficking financing, weapons transactions, and other illicit activities. This project not only advanced the boundaries of technical security but also emphasized the significance of a frictionless and intentional user experience.
Collaborated directly with the Microsoft 365 Backup teams to design promotional materials for live events and conferences. I contributed to the creation of marketing design content for their focus on threat protection, compliance-readiness, and availability and continuity. Additionally, I worked with the teams at Veeam to market their scalable and cost-effective solutions for enterprise-level clients.
The McLaren Racing Limited team engaged my services to provide strategic guidance for their web3/cryptocurrency rollout. Despite having a substantial Discord following, they sought to enhance their engagement with their enthusiastic fanbase. We collaborated on a comprehensive strategy, encompassing real-world activations, advertising and marketing initiatives through merchandise and token-based achievements. The crux of our discussion centered on the paramount importance of a user-friendly and intuitive design for onboarding newcomers to the web3/cryptocurrency space. While partnerships and sponsorships restricted McLaren’s access to various networks and wallets, the team has successfully delivered a diverse range of experiences that surpass those of any other Formula 1 team.
Invited as a regularly contributor at the Nasdaq MarketSite to share perspective and current market initiatives for organizations that were interested in the web3/cryptocurrency space. Collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Macy’s, the NBA, UMG, PwC, DMA United, and Publicis Media, providing strategic guidance and advice.
Collaborated with the .SWOOSH team at Nike to provide strategic guidance, design, and testing for their rollout of Nike’s foray into creating a new digital community and experience. Collaborated on various projects with the teams at VaynerMedia and Vayner3. Through my contributions to projects focused on Know Your Customer (KYC) security and streamlining onboarding processes for web3 and cryptocurrency, I have become a strategic asset to some of their specialized projects. I have been fortunate enough to have worked on projects for Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) and PepsiCo, among others, providing design, strategic guidance, and advice.
